Camp Director and Co-Founder Kristin Fieseler began as a camper at EMDC's sister camp, Ballibay for the Fine and Performing Arts, and joined the staff there in 1993. In 2001 she joined the Ballibay camp administration as head of the dance program and Dean of Campers.

Through Spring 2010 Kristin was a tenured Associate Professor of dance at DeSales University in Bethlehem, PA. She left teaching to devlote full time to the camp and the Annex Dance Company.

Since its premiere in 2007, the company has performed throughout the east coast in self-produced concerts, collaborative showcases, and festivals. In 2010, Annex Dance Company moved to become a member of the thriving arts community in Charleston, SC.

In addition to creating works for her company, Kristin has choreographed for numerous concerts, dance-theater, musical theatre, and opera productions. As an educator, Kristin has taught at universities, schools, festivals, studios, and camps throughout the United States, and in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

During the 2006-2007 season, she worked with inFluxdance as an artistic collaborator, choreographer, and performer on 'Found and Lost: Goals for 2002', which toured to nine cities throughout North America.

She serves on the board of the South Carolina Dance Association.
